Sambal Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry (Serves 4)

Sambal Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry (Serves 4) Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Indonesian Sambal
  • Stir-Fried Rice SpicePaste©
  • 300g (10 oz) chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100g (3½ oz) asparagus, sliced into long strips
  • 100g (3½ oz) carrot, sliced into long strips
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Lime slices as garnish (optional)

  1. Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium heat. Add onion and stir fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken, asparagus, carrot and SpicePaste©; stir fry for 5 minutes or until cooked. 
  3. Garnish and serve warm with rice, noodles or pasta.

Variations: You may use beef, lamb or seafood or your choice instead of chicken. For a
vegetarian dish, you may replace chicken with tofu or vegetables
