
( Ga Cari ) This Vietnamese curry, with a unique blend of onions, lemongrass, soya bean paste and spices has a delicate taste when cooked with chicken, carrot and sweet potato. This mild and creamy curry is usually eaten with rice or French bread (baguette).
Add prawns to tomato puree, water and cream. Serve with rice or naan bread.
Place filling at the end of the pastry and fold the pastry into a triangular shape. Fry semosa until golden brown.
