Cantonese Stir Fried Rice

Cantonese Stir Fried Rice (Yang Chow Chao Farn) An everyday, easy to prepare meal that is great for using leftover roasts, meat or vegetables.  This versatile dish employs the art of stir frying to enhance natural flavour and fragrance.  Many Chinese chefs believe that leftover rice stored in the fridge overnight, with much of its moisture drained, makes better fried rice than freshly cooked rice!  So it's an ideal dish to cook in larger quantities for a few meals, saving you time throughout the week.
