Spiced Beef Stir Fry (Serves 4 - 6)

Spiced Beef Stir Fry (Serves 4 - 6) Ingredients: 

  • 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Indonesian Rendang Curry SpicePaste©
  • 300g (10 oz) beef, thinly sliced
  •  2 bunches bok choy, trimmed and washed
  •  2 tomatoes, diced
  •  1 onion, diced
  •  4 tbsp milk or coconut milk
  •  2 tbsp cooking oil

  1.  Heat oil in pan on medium heat. Add SpicePaste©, onion and beef; stir fry for 10 minutes. Set aside.
  2.  Add bok choy, tomatoes and milk; stir fry for 5 minutes or until cooked. 
  3.  Serve warm with noodles or rice.

Variations: You may replace: 1) beef with meat of your choice 2) bok choy with vegetables or your choice (cauliflower, capsicum or asparagus).
