Roast Tikka Masala Chicken (Serves 3)


  • 1 packet Asian Home Gourmet Indian Tikka Masala SpicePaste©
  • 3 pieces (450g/1 lb) chicken thighs, deboned
  • 110ml (½ cup) sherry


  • 3 medium-sized cooked potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Mix 2 tbsp SpicePaste© and wine in a small bowl.  Place meat in plastic bag and pour the marinade, turn around to coat evenly.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven at 180°C (350°F).  Roast meat for 35 minutes or until cooked.  Turn and baste once.
  3. Heat oil in non-stick pan on medium heat.  Add remaining SpicePaste© and lemon juice; stir-fry for ½ minute.  Stir in potatoes and heat through for 1 minute.  Serve hot with roast chicken.
